Looking at buying a Javelin 379T with a 91 Johnson Fast Strike 150. It's a little hard to start when cold. I've put a new fuel line with primer bulb on but it will not stay tight after just a few minutes. It has a surge at full throttle but not all the time. The worst part is when i try to load it, it wont take enough throttle to be able to loan it.

Fuel line with primer
Spark plugs
Fuel filter
The VRO has already been deleted but I don't if it was done correctly.
