1977 evinrude 70hp outboard bracket

I've searched and searched and am unable to come up with a part number for a missing bracket. The bracket in the picture with one screw that secures the cables coming from the throttle box. I purchased this motor with a new boat and it's missing this bracket. Anyone have any idea of a part # or where I can find one?

It's more of a cover than a bracket.

It's a trunnion cover. Fed is on it with the part number. They are $40, and M A R I N E E N G I N E .com has them.
