Johnson 33 hp not starting

I hope someone can help me! I m trying for days and nothing. I'm trying to start my 33 hp Johnson but it's just not starting not even a sign of going. I've had it to run maybe 5 seconds. And after that nothing. It has new coils so the spark is good. Set the timing to .020. Has 95 psi on both cilinders. Carb has been cleaned and it has new fuel lines. What is going wrong I hope someone can help me

Is the spark able to jump a gap of 6mm now, yes or no ?-------Did you torque the flywheel properly ?---Have you checked for a sheared flywheel key.

When you say, it has new coils so spark is good, did you actually test the spark, with an adjustable tester set to 1/4"? You need to test with that open air gap. Not with a plug held to block, or neon type tester, etc...
