1963 Evinrude 28 hp w/electric start wiring diagram

I picked up what I thought was a 40hp Johnson for free (has a Johnson cowl) but after checking the M/N 28302A I determined that it was in fact a '63 28hp Evinrude. It has an electric starter but it appears that all the wiring harness, solenoid, and box are missing and there are only four wires coming from the engine, two on either side. Does anyone know where I can get a electrical diagram for this engine?
