Out of the hole and WOT like a slug. Compression test all 125+ Spark test 3 good over 3/8 gap. Lower left no spark, but didn't narrow gap as considered 3/8 min.
Have Evinrude Service Manual. Checked ignition coil with ohmmeter. Seems to meet specs and compares to left upper. Also off engine / on bench tested both left and right power packs with ohmmeter They seem to be within specs and are the same. I don't think the high tension lead to spark plug is leaking to ground. Didn't see or hear anything.
Any info. to help solve this one cylinder problem would be much appreciated.

The cylinder with no spark has either a bad coil, pack or timer base.

Make sure that the coil not firing has a good ground. More than likely as stated above but I have seen a bad ground drive one crazy.

The high tension lead is part of the coil. I'll swap bottom and top coils tomorrow and see if problem follows. Then the power pack. I cleaned and scrunched the coil ground previously. Thanks to all.

Common for the bottom plugs to short to ground due to close proximity to the two engine cowling latches.
