change 1 piston evinrude 1995 115 hp

I'm wondering if it's possible to change a piston without pulling the power head and splitting the case on a 1995 Evinrude 115hp.

OMC made two different 115 engines that year. Would be helpful to know, just which engine are you working on, a crossflow or looper?
