Well, 314500 indeed is the recoil spring. The rope is 772579, sold by the foot. It is 1/8" hard braid nylon rope. iboats number is 18-4914. I believe that is for a whole roll. Call to see if it is available by the foot.
I don't know what the service bulletin is. It MIGHT be the one telling dealers that they have to buy a roll and cut it.
