For a mid-80 Honda B100, what fuel connector does it use? I picked up a fuel line and new tank and want to replace everything, but the connector at the motor is too big so fuel squirts out when pumping. And the hose I bought is bigger than the hose I had so I can't re-use the old connector without some kind of adapter.

Is it the same size as one of the main brands?

The older Honda connectors are obsolete, and NLA, so switch to the newer style.

There are at least 3 different styles of connectors. The old ones are still available, the 2nd ones were discontinued because when someone who try putting them on backwards they would get damaged and leak so they were replaced with the 3rd style. The second style was introduced in the late 90s i believe. The old style is still available and the Honda part number is 17650-921-003ZB.
