Repair Honda B100 fuel tank?

Is there a repair kit of any sort for the old Honda fuel tanks? My motor was sucking air out of the tank (and not running). If I squuezed the primer, fuel would leak at the tank. Pretty sure the hose is fine based on where the fuel was coming out. Is there some kind of kit to repair this?

Fuel will leak through which part of the tank, fuel pick up, fuel connectors, fuel odometer if happens to have one installed at upper tank ? Most fuel tank brands have spare parts sold separately, don't know about Honda OB's.
