NS18C2 Compatible float needle/ float valve

I need to replace the float needle/ float valve on a Nissan NS18C2, but can't find a replacement. Does anybody know of a source for one or know of one from another motor that would work? I know this is a dinosaur of a motor, but it has always been an excellent one, and I'm hoping to get it back on the water by next weekend. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You could drop by an olde tyme NAPA with the old parts in hand, and IF they have a helpful person, you may get lucky reviewing the parts catalogs of other small motors. Lots of IFs in there.

Post a pic of you current carb, to check if a 18E2 carb is same ?

I see a few of them on ebay every once in a while, but have never found any stores that have them anymore.

Try Boats dotnet under Tohatsu 2002 and older, there you will see listed a 18C2. Apparently lots of parts for that engine model. A matter to inquire.
