honda B100 wiring and year

I just picked up a honda B100-1200602 I'm looking for what year it is.... also I need to know what wires go where someone took the coil off and cut the wire for the kill switch I have a green black and orange wire that I dont know where they go.... and a two prong plug with red and green wires in it thats missing what it plugs in to

My '91 8HP lacks a red/green plug like that. It does have a red/green wire pair that routes to the connector (outside the housing on mine) for the wire to recharge the battery. It is possible the 10HP of that year used the connector in your photo. I'd test to see if it has 12V output when the engine is running. I'd also buy a Honda branded service manual if you want to maintain it over time.
