Honda BF9.9A Year??? HELP!!!

Hello,

I just purchased a Honda 9.9 outboard and am trying to figure out what year and model it is. There is no serial number that has numbers and letters where you can just find the information, there's only a frame serial number:

BABS-1207260

I tried finding some sort of a frame serial number reference online but have been unsuccessful. Can anyone tell me what year 9.9 I have?

Where could I see this chart showing all the Honda 9.9 years based odd model number?
