Get a service manual, should be specified there. If you buy a brand new out of the box engine, the best way to adjust same as factory delivered in case you need to perform a complete carb dismantle, is to measure both screw tip to carb body distance with the rear side of vernier tool. Keep those 2 adjustments data handy as a future refference.
