Honda 15 four stroke choke problem

As of yesterday, when I start my 15hp Honda, the idle runs up high. When I pull the manual choke for a second and let go the idle drops for about 5 seconds then runs up high again. Otherwise it runs perfect. Ideas?

Lower the idle. If there was something wrong, I would expect more symptoms, other than it runs perfect.
