After a days fishing when I tilt up my 90HP Honda 4 Stroke (2001) a brown sludge comes from the outboard. Fist I thought it must have been engine oil mixed with water but the oil levels in the engine are normal in amount and color. I will add that this engine was completely stripped down and resealed 18 months ago and this problem has only occurred in the past month.
I hace had the cylinder compression test done and are normal. Has anyone else had issues with the brown sludge?
