115 2001 honda water pump rebuild kit & tools

Running my boat in the Pamlico Sound I am bound to pick up sand in the water pump. I have been told to replace it every two years, it has been four years now and the stream is a little week. The #'s off the motor are BZBD 1100202. The compleat replacement of the kit should be no big deal but........ the manual says I need three tools to remove and install the two seals that prevents water & oil mixing. The part #'s are 07936-3710600, 07936-3710200,and 37936-3710100. Do I need these tools and if so where do I buy them ( I will need them for future use ). In the past I have for example use the right size piece of pipe to seat bearings and seals with no problems. Thanks for any and all input . Smilndawg

Ok. I reread the manual and it states " to replace the seals " meaning it is a option, not part of the project.Thats what happens when we speed read.Thanks for straighten me on this.
