Tohatsu 30 4 STROKE hp howling or screeching noise

I have a TOHATSU 30hp 4 stroke I hit something and carry it to the shop they replace the bearing in the foot and now i hear a noise that was not there at first It's not real loud - just noticeable, and I'd really like it to not be there, especially on so otherwise a great and quiet motor! given that the noise SEEMS restricted to the immediate topside of the motor... I GOT IT BRAND NEW THE noise was not there BEFORE THE Bearing WAS REPLACE ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT

Take it to a different dealer and have them check it.
