Hi all, we just bought a 1997 JC pontoon boat with 90 hp Honda. Glad to have a boat again! Motor tilt/trims up just fine, but will not go back down. Hitting the down switch on the throttle, I can hear the motor turn on. Hitting the down button that is physically on the motor, again motor turns on, but of course, motor doesnt go down. I popped off the little black cap and a little bit of oil came out. Havent messed with manual relief valve yet. Any suggestions?
