My 1996 Honda 90hp/4-stroke just had the water pump replaced. It runs fine at idle or flushing. When running at speed (4,000+ rpm) the engine compartment fills with raw water. Had to take the cowling off and limp back to the dock. Boat shop tried replacing a corroded aluminum tube in cooling system, but no effect. Any ideas where to look to source the problem?
