Tohatsu 4 hp zinc anode fused to Lower Unit

my zinc will not come off i removed the screw, hit it with a hammer, screwdriver, dremel, and drilled holes into it, also gave it a wd-40 soak. . i also drove the engine around for a few days with no bolt holding on the zinc hopping it with vibrate loose but nothing. any ideas would be appreciated

Use a bigger hammmer.

That actually made me laugh...Get a chisel and use that bigger hammer
