Honda BF90 tilt trim unit

I have to replace the tilt-trim on my BF90 and am looking for a good used part, (I know, call me a crazy dreamer).

I was wondering if the unit is absolutely specific to the Honda or do other manufacturers such as Suzuki or Tohatsu have a unit which would also fit my Honda.

Anything to widen the search.
