My battery wont charge. My battery is a brand new interstate and I checked it was good. I jump the battery and left it connected for a while and it charge it so I know the battery is not at fault. I was wondering if my charging unit on the outboard is to blame. I looked at it and it appears to have corrosion on it. Please help! Thank you
