Motor will turn but only with a Monkey Wrench. Some spots on are smooth however it seems to get stuck while turning the emergency fly wheel. The motor might have hit an obstruction and it was run hot. Fortunately we were able to unfreeze the cylinders, we took the heads off and they are OK. Not sure if the reason the motor catches in certain spots is because of the linkage from the cylinders or if the cylinders themselves are causing the friction. Checked the inside the cylinders and there are no visible scratches or marks. ANY suggestions on how to approach this problem (aside from getting a new motor)?
