Boat Problems
Hello everybody. I have been having on going engine trouble. I did a decarb spray this weekend and that helped a little. Still having the following below problems. Any suggestions?
Twin 2000 Tohatsu M70C
Starboard Engine:
Troubled Starts just cranks and finally turns over.
Doesn't want to idle
Loss of max rpm. Did 4900 rpm wot for 10 or so minutes then it kicked down to 4000 max
Oil slick and oil/gas dripping when running on muffs out ofnthe water. The port motor does not do this.
Has a mind of it's own. Climbs in RPM
Port Engine:
Starts great
Idles and shifts in low rpms without dieing
Max Rpm 3900
