My 1998 Honda 40 has very few hours and has run reliably since new. Today I tested it prior to putting it in the lake and found that it idles and runs rough (with a hose connection via lower unit rubber water supply). I replaced the plugs and noted that the lowest plug was wet. It still ran rough with the new plugs. I pulled the bottom new plug and it too was wet. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help. ****
