2004 Honda 130 trim problems

What is the proper way to fill/bleed the trim system? Trying to get rid of bubbles.

om my BF50 I had the trim unit off and had it on it's side , filled it up ran it in & out a few times , checked it and it was fine

Yeah I've tried running it up and down a few times and it doesn't seem to properly bleed. Also, when I lower it down by opening the screw, then close the screw and try to power it up, it just won't do it. Not sure but I may have a problem of some sort.........
