1985 Honda B100L 10 HP.
Just started after 5 years sitting. Runs but slightly rough and fuel exits through two opposing holes at the very top of the carburetor. Fuel continues to run out of these holes while the engine is running. Fuel flow out of the holes lessens as the rpm increases but never stops.
These two holes are slightly smaller in diameter than the lower hole that fuel exits when priming.
Does this point to a particular problem with the carburetor?
Thanks in advance for any help.
