Mid 80's 25 horse tohatsu lower unit lube change

I was wanting to change the oil in my lower unit. I do not have a pump but I saw some lube quart squirt type bottles today. Can a novice like myself make those work? Also, is there a certain type of lube oil to get? Thank you.

EP 85w-90 and anyone can do it. However, it is messy and you have to make sure you fill the case and do not loose more than a few drops when you insert the bottom screw. Make sure the washers on the screws are not damaged.

Thank you. I was able to do it. Surprised me that it didn't take as much as I expected. Do you know what the resevoir size in ounces it should hold?
