Nissan NS50D Loses Power

After installing new plugs, new water pump impeller, taking off the air cleaner to be sure all three carbs are discharging gas through the jets at idle and wide open throttle and checking the spark from the coil packs, the motor runs fine at wide open throttle for about 5 minutes then starts to run on only 2 cylinders. After checking the spark at each cylinder after the motor starts to miss, sometimes the top plug has no spark and at other times the bottom plug has no spark. Put another new set of plugs in and the same situation occurs as described above. At all times the motor discharges cooling water and no over temperature is observed.

Any ideas on what can be done to fix this?

You need a service manual to get the values and test procedures for the ignition parts. Chances are its either the CD module or the trigger coils. There is no short cut other than random replacement which is a very expensive method.
