Engine in question is a 2000 Honda 90 H.P. 4 stroke, with carbs, no efi. There is gasoline in the oil, we think the fuel pump diaphram must be bad, what else could it be? Also, I'm having trouble locating a source for parts for this engine.Anyone know of a good source for Honda outboard parts, please tell.

The big ? is ,how much fuel and how fast it is getting in there. These engines will make oil by thier very nature and that can be accellerated if this engine is running too cold. That is the reason for the annual service intervals reccomended.A leaking fuel pump could certainly cause that symptom if that dilution is happening quickly as can a sticky needle and seat in the carbs causing them to flood when the primer is squeezed.Poor compression can also cause this as it leads to incomplete combustion as can poor fuel quality.
