Location of idle screw on Honda 9.9

Hi Crew,

Can someone please tell me where the idle screw is on the Honda 9.9? The model is BF9.9A/15A. Perhaps it's not a screw? I only see what appears to be a mixture screw (a screw with a spring on it).

it is the only screw on carb #5
