my friend has a 2003 25hp honda that the tilt will go up but not down.i removed the down relay and placed the up relay in its place and it will now go down.so i know it is a bad relay.
now,honda wants 180.00 for the harness and box with 2 relays.the relays are what appears to be regular 5 prong relays.numbers on the relays are
12v 20/30a
