I am new with Honda motor and would like to know the normal op condition. The Voltage reading is jumping arround from 12.7V to 14.1V with the speed of the boat. I have notice it is at 14.1V @ 2500rpm and drop to 13.2V @ 5000rpm. At 1000 rpm sometime it read only 12.7V. Is this normal for the Honda charging system or should it stay above 13.5V all the time? What am I expecting from it charging system.? thanks

You have a regulated charging system that by all indications is operating normally.PLEASE make sure that ALL battery terminals are shiney clean and tight.Ditch the wing nuts and go for nylocs and star washers at those terminals.

Thank you. I will get rid of those wing nuts and replace with nuts and lock washer.
