Honda BF 2 Water Intake

I recently got a mid 90's Honda BF 2 from a friend and it starts fine, but no water comes out of the Water Check Hole. I was wondering what could be the problem... I cleaned the water intake and found it was clogged with some rubber , so I cleaned it out, but no water comes out of it still. Is there some tube that could be damaged inside shaft because I tried opening it, but it seems wedged in. So any help would be appreciated!

Those bits of rubber are probably your impeller ( water pump) I'd check it before I ran it more. Probably find posts on here on how to do it.

Yup that was the problem. The motor was old enough that the impeller was completely gone. Thanks a lot!
