Honda BF5 - Need a Shop Manual

Hi All

I'm looking to clean the carbs and re-build the water pump on my '03 BF5. Any suggestions on a good source to get a shop manual? I'm in Canada, and I am considering getting one of those manuals on cd, to save on shipping. thoughts?
