Honda 90 four stroke shaft change

Would like some guidance and ball park cost on what it would take to shorten a 90HP Honda four stroke from a 25 to a 20 inch shaft.

new water tube-driveshaft-shift shaft = $318.73 @7% sales tax...labor (if it comes apart easily) prox 5 or 6 hours...doin' one in our shop right now

In you opinion, what would a fair price be for the Honda 90 4 stroke motor? I think it is a 2006.
