Hello,
I have recently replaced a Tohatsu 40 hp 2-stroke with a used Honda 50 hp 4-stroke. I find that the controls work oppositely with the two engines. When I put the Honda in forward now, it shifts into reverse and I can only accelerate to half-throttle.
The remote control is a Morse unit. Is there a simple solution to reversing the binnacle action? Thanks for your help. I'ld greatly appreciate any advice out there.
