honda 15 hp water pump!

hi i have a honda 4t 15hp outboard just ran it in the water this weelkend and its not got any water pumping out of it.

where can i get a replacement for the best price?
aslo is the impeller in the bottem same as my mercury 9.9 2t outboard?

Bite the bullet, that is a Honda dealer item and not really all that expensive, about $20.00. Yes, it is in the lower unit. Fairly straight forward unless you have cross threaded bolts like I did on one of the 4 bolts,(broke it off and had to drill it out ugggggg!) and also on the shift linkage that runs down the leg. This was the first change in about 14 years so good service on the engine. If they come out easily, then you are talking about 30-45 minute job.

my honda bf 15 a isnt pumping water upon startup. opened up the thermostat housing and was completely dry. i have ordered a new impeller but havent a clue how to fit it. can anyone help me out? thanks.
