I have a 30 hp 2 stroke tohatsu (believe it is a 1998). First question: Is water supposed to come out the pee tube as soon as the motor sarts or does it have to get arm first?
Second question: The motor starts hard and soon quits when it decides to start. If i slightly put my hand over the choke it will run. Maybe its not getting enough fuel? Time for a carb cleaning?? Any advice will be appreciated.
