The power tilt on my 130 would not lower the motor from the up position. The motor activated but no movement. I was able to get it to lower with help, one person on the switch & one pulling down on the motor. After that the tilt worked both up & down BUT worked slowly & creakily going up. I wanted to check the fluid level but don't really know how to do this. Also what kind of fluid is appropriate? There is nothing in my owners manual to guide me.
