i have a honda 4 stroke 9.9hp 1980 vintage.its been sitting for awhile and it will not start.i am getting spark at both of the spark plugs it will not fire at all. im pretty sure it has to be a carb problem. anyone ever remove this carb and overhaul or clean it.what is the proper method for doing this??? thanks johnniebfishin
