exhaust smoke 45 honda

I have a "97" 45 honda that has a fair bit of an increase in white exhaust smoke this year ,the only change is that I changed the plugs and the engine oil type to 10w 30 castrol instead of honda brand engine oil,Iam looking for some info.thanks

Make sure it's not just steam which condenses out into white smoke in springtime's cooler waters.

steam would indicate a head gasket blown<br />i do believe...
