Honda 130 lower leg seal replacement?

On my 4 stroke Honda 130 outboard there a rubber seal (big o-ring) that is on the outside of the motor housing at the top of the leg. It basically looks like it seperates from below the power unit from the top of the leg. ANyways the old seal stretched and came loose so I ordered a new seal but know I need to know how to replace it. Do I have to disasemble the leg to do this or can I stretch it somehow to slip up over the prop and up the leg till it fits?<br />Any help would be appreciated

I know exactly what you're talking about. Mine seems to always shrink back into place when streatched. So from that, I would assume that it could be insallted w/o disassembly of any parts. But not sure.
