Honda B100 Impeller?

I just got a 1985 Honda b100 outboard. I got her running and no water from the tell tale. Pulled the lower unit and the impeller looked like a 1/2" nut. All the vanes were gone. I am wondering if they could go up and get stuck in the powerhead. If so what should I do? The housing was distorted so I know she got hot. Also where is a good place online to buy a kit.

Yes ,those impeller pieces can find their way into the powerhead,but they usually do'nt .A shot of compressed air up into the water tube will tell you if you have a restriction.I am sure someone here will be happy to sell you what you need ,but you might consider establishing a relationship with your local dealer.

Hondon, thanks. How much air pressure should I put into the water tube? I called the local dealer and they don't carry Honda anymore. The other place in town got destroyed by Hurricane Charly.
