Can anybody tell me how to replace water pump in lower unit

Sure.Shift your engine into reverse then loosen the locknut on the shiftshaft and backoff the adjuster nut until it is released from the bottom shaft.Now remove the bolts retaining the gearcase to the exhaust housing and bipety bam,the gearcase comes down.Get that far and we'll keep going.

Now you have the water pump in your face .It is the black bulbous thing wrapped around your driveshaft.Remove the 4 bolts holding that housing down and carefully pry it up .Inside ,or on the shaft you will then see your water pump impeller.If that impeller is distorted in any way or the housining shows any damage you will need to replace them.You really need to get more info than I can give you here.The library is an excellent source.
