95' Honda 9.9 stalls for no reason

My engine which usually starts with 1 or 2 pulls is getting no spark even though it's in neutral, and the kill switch is disengaged. The fuse is also fine. If I fiddle with the switch, and move the shifter back and forth it will get spark, start and run just fine. Then underway, it will just quit for no apparent reason, and again is totally dead with no spark. If I repeat the above, it will eventually start again. I just can't seem to isolate the problem or cause it to stall on purpose. It's totally intermittent. Any suggestions please? P.S. Motor is covered, well maintained, has low hours and never gave me electrical trouble before. This is definetly not a fuel problem.

Sounds to me like you have an electrical short on the kill switch circuit.
