I have a 2002 model Honda 40 HP that has a cough at about 1500 -2000 rpm. It has had its carbs synchronised and cleaned twice. Its fuel/air screws are set at about 1/1/4 -1 1/2 turns out. Are these setings causing it to have a lean miss just off the idle or should they be set at about 2 turns out. all other performance is ok.<br /><br />Regards<br /><br />Kellaig
