Tohatsu 25hp, 4 stroke battery attachment

How do I attach the battery cables to a Tohatsu 25hp, 4 stroke. I tried to take a picture, but it won't attach.

What is your actual model? If you are talking about the attachment at the motor end, the ground goes to the engine block ground (often at the starter frame), and the +12v positive goes to the starter solenoid.
