I have a B100 Honda four stroke 10hp outboard. The B100 Hondas appear to be a Canadian sold model, essentially the same as the BF100.

The B100 (BF100) I have has a fuel pump on it, part number 16700-935-325 that is obsolete, unavailable anywhere. This fuel pump was only used for a few years. There is nothing available for the 325 pump, not even a rebuild kit, anywhere in the world. I needed a rebuild kit or new pump.

After doing some research, I learned from an ebay advert that part number 16700-935-024 will probably work in place of the 325 pump. I ordered one, installed it and tested it - it is a direct replacement fit, and functions perfectly. The only minor problem is the aluminum fuel pump cover may touch the 325 pump when you install it. I didn't bother altering the cover - it wasn't necessary. If you are capable of installing a fuel pump, you are capable of modifying the cover - it is thin sheet aluminum and could be bent out or cut with hand tools if necessary. The fuel pump cover appears to be nothing more than a dust cover.

Here are some photos.

This is the old, 325 pump.

This is the new, 024 pump.

Backs of the pumps - New 024 pump on top, 325 pump on the bottom.

Part number from the new pump.

It took me some research to work this out, so I thought I would post the results here for anyone who has this problem in the future.
