I bought a used 8 HP Nissan outboard (2000 model) and I noticed when hooking up the muffs with a hose, it squirts water out the back in the normal place but also out a small hole in the front of the unit. I went online and it seems a few others also noticed this. Does anyone know if this is supposed to be there? Seems odd.
Take a look at the pics. Did I get screwed or is this suppose to be there? You would never notice unless you had the muffs hooked up. Wouldnt see it in the lake or a barrel. Thanks BP
